On your first visit, you will tour the office and meet Dr. Lad for an interview and examination. We want to be on the same page with all of our patients, so we take the time to really listen to your needs. Our caring team is dedicated to answer any questions or concerns and explain any procedures or fees in advance. We strive to keep our fees below the regional average so that price is never a barrier.
First Visit Information
Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking.
Please notify the office if you have a medical condition or concern prior to surgery (e.g. artificial heart valves or joints, or other conditions requiring pre-medication, severe diabetes, or hypertension).
If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card and a form of identification, such as your driver’s license.
Think of any questions you have to ask our office. This includes any concerns you have or oral health problems you may be experiencing.
*Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We Accommodate Busy Patients
We will see you on an evening or weekend if necessary, in case you cannot miss work or school for the dentist.
Usually, treatment can be done or started on the same day as your consultation. We love to save our patients an extra trip to the dentist. However, a complex medical history or complex treatment needs may require a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Our office is open Mon-Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. You can do online scheduling from any where and any time. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial visit. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
