First visit here was in November, and I didn't know what to except since my move to California, which was 7 months ago at the time. I made the appointment online, which was very easy to do.Office was clean, and the receptionist was very friendly. I was late, but they still was able to fit me in their busy schedule. Even though the appointment took longer then I thought, I still had a great experience. They did a great job in doing a deep cleaning for my teeth and making sure that everything was painless and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to others.
The reception area is nice and bright and so are the staff that greeted us!! We were 10min late because we went to wrong location. They aren't on Golden Triangle Rd. No worries, they got us in with no stress. Hubby and I first time x-rays, cleaning & exam. X-ray tech was gentle and so personable. Done quickly, off to hygienist. Enicko was really good, thorough, gentle but firm. I liked her a lot. Very nice too. All done in timely fashion. Dr. Lily was AWESOME!! She came in did exam explained X-rays what needed to be done. Nothing fancy, extreme. Just common sense talk. Love her!! Coming back for filling next visit. So glad we found this place. Our insurance covers 100% of preventive care. Didn't try to sell us stuff, just took care of us. This is the place for your teeth!
I used to live in the Inland Empire and after moving to the valley a friend of mine suggested Golden Triangle as a good dental clinic. I've had problems with my smile my whole life, braces for years, sensitivity all the time and ugly teeth. But after meeting with multiple doctors at Golden Triangle i'm able to finally say I'm happy with my smile. The doctors worked patiently with me on fixing my teeth. I got veneers, whitening and your everyday cavity filled with no complications at all! I read the reviews before going to this office but I trusted my friends suggestion and I'm glad I did. Most problems seem to be with patients and their insurance provider but the dental office gets the bad review. My insurance covered my treatment with no problems! I highly recommend this dental office, nice staff and talented doctors.
Choosing a new dentist can be scary but from my first phone call to this office (when I signed up with my insurance) I felt comfortable. Angelica was so friendly and assured me I'd be happy. I just had my first visit and I was very happy. Everyone was so super nice. My son will be having his wisdom teeth out soon and I feel confident that he will be getting the best from this office.
I would highly recommend Golden Triangle Dental! I called in pain and they were very compassionate! They got me in right away!!! Gave me many options on how to help me! The staff was amazing! The office was very clean! I felt very welcomed and that they were generally concerned for me! I definitely would recommend this office!!! I found my new dental office!!! Thank you
This was only my 2nd visit but I've found a new group of professionals who I can trust and treat me with respect, which I didn't have with my previous dentist, whom I had seen for several years. Tori, my hygienist is awesome as is Dr. Mori Rouhani. I have since had a crown replaced by Dr. Lily and her RDA,VGA Rosa and a filling by Dr. James and his assistant Sheila. I am more than pleased with this group and all of their staff. So very happy that I made the switch. Highly recommend this dental practice.
